Logging in with SSO

If this is the first time you're seeing the login window and you were told by your ERA Administrator to log in, then you're likely using ERA Live (SSO) for authentication. The login process is described below.

1. Open ERA, if you do not already have a license, the “Licensing” dialog should pop up

2. Click the “ERA Live Login" button

3. A browser window will open and prompt you for your email address; enter your work email address.

4. The page should redirect to your company’s federated login page. Use your work credentials to login.

5. If successful, the browser should display a successful authentication message and ERA should open and operate.
