How do I share access to my dashboard?

Prerequisites

Logged into ERALive

Dashboard is enabled for account

Project is online
-
Well has been published
Required Access Level
Account: User
Project: Owner
Dashboard: N/A
Share access to well’s dashboard

Navigate to the project desktop for the well you wish to share

Select the well

There are two ways to share access to the well: either through the right-click context menu or through the side bar

After selecting the share dashboard, it will open a new browser tab for the account admin site, dashboard user access page for the well.

Click the add user button to open a dialog for allowing a user access to the well’s dashboard.

After adding access to the user, they will now show in the user access table and have access to the well in ERALive Dashboard.
