Prerequisites

1. Logged into ERALive

2. Dashboard is enabled for account

3. Project is online

Publish the well

1. Navigate to the project desktop for the well you wish to publish

2. Select the well that you want to publish.

3. There are currently two ways to publish a well: either through the right-click context menu or through the side bar.

4. After triggering the publish operation, a confirmation message will appear to confirm the publish. Select yes to continue.

5. The in-progress status icon should now be visible for the well on both the project desktop and the well overview page.

6. If there is an error when making the publish request then an error message will display to the user and the well will return to being not published

7. After the publish is successful in the cloud, the icon should then change to the published dashboard icon.

8. If the publish failed in the cloud, the error icon will instead be displayed. On the well overview page, the error icon can be clicked to trigger a republish.
